Shhhh!

I don’t really like Sothern’s campus too much because as I have said before too many people, simply not enough trees. It is really industrial and not really all that cozy. Being a commuter I have to try extra hard to find places to study and hang out between classes.

I started out just sitting in the bagel wagon between classes because it’s in the same building all my classes take place in. I never liked it too much though because it’s usually pretty hard to find a good seat and there are people who smell like smoke going in and out all the time. Over all its just cramped and noisy, so I took myself else ware.

I started hanging out in the fireplace lounge at the top of the student center. The up side to this was that there were far less people and if you get a good seat you can look at that hillish mountain off of campus, which is pretty. The bad part was that it was hard to get a seat there because there are so few; it’s in a different building than all of my classes and for a fire place lounge, the fires never going and its pretty damn cold.

I decided to suck it up and just bounce between the two places. Then one day I had a meeting with my English teacher and I was having trouble finding his office. While pacing up and down the English hallway I found it! A room with a view that was quite and warm and it reminded me of Harry Potter because it was actually somewhat cozy! I don’t know what the room is called, but I consider it my “room of requirement.” (that’s a Harry Potter thing) Now I go there when I want a quite study place.

Today when I went to take the there were chairs for a meeting or something set up, its usually got couches and tables and stuff. The other picture is one of the views, 3 of the rooms walls have windows.

I agree I don't really like studying around campus because all the indoor places are to crowded I prefer studying in my room or my house.
