Get Out and Do It!
For my mid-term I made a movie about motivation. I interviewed people on which kinds they think work best. The two types of motivation talked about here are...
Intrinsic- Motivation from within yourself. ex. Hobby's you might have
and
Extrinsic- Motivation from the out side world and outside forces. ex. Working harder to earn more money
